5. Test Resolutions Quickly

Finding potential workplace hazards is just the first step to resolution. It’s important to test your solution to the problem as quickly as possible to see if it will give you the desired results.

It’s difficult to know if a proposed solution will work out more than just in theory until it’s put into action. In order to make sure your employees are always safe, you need to be performing regular safety audits. This means that you are continually checking in on the procedures and policies you have in place to find any weak spots or things that aren’t working anymore.
