The jwuLink Portal is a secure resource site where users can access their personal information and account details stored in the jwUlink system. The portal can be used to reset your password, check your eligibility for certain privileges, manage your contact information, edit your user profile, view activity feeds and much more. If you are an employee of a participating organization that uses the jwUlink software, you may already have an account on the jwuLink Portal. If not, follow these steps to get started. Once you’ve logged into the new site, you will see several tabs at the top of the screen: People & Settings, My Profile, Activities, Help & Contact and More Actions. Depending on your role in the organization, you will have different permissions on each tab.
Viewing Current Activity
You can view the events that are posted on the Activities tab in the upper right-hand corner of the jwuLink portal. If you have been given permission to view events, you will see the last 10 events posted to your organization. You can also click the “All” tab to view all events that have been posted across the system. By clicking on the event, you will be directed to the event on the People tab.
Managing Your User Profile
On the My Profile tab, you can update your profile, add apps and invite people to collaborate with you. If you are a System Administrator, you can also customize your organization’s profile settings to include a logo, a mission statement, contact information and more.
Using the Help Tab
The Help tab has several resources that can help you navigate the new jwuLink portal, update your contact information, learn more about the jwuLink system and find additional resources available to you. If you need assistance with something, the Help tab is a great place to start. The tab is designed for both employees and administrators to submit tickets for assistance. Select the type of request you have and provide as much information as possible to help resolve your issue.
Resetting your jwuLink password
If you have forgotten your password, you can click the “Forgot your Password?” link in the My Profile tab. This will direct you through a short process to reset your password. Once your password has been reset, you can log in and update your password to something more memorable.
