Injuries are still very common today when it comes to handling heavy loads. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), more than one million workers suffer back injuries each year, and these account for one in five of total accidents at work.
Prevention of accidents and diseases at work is a major workplace safety challenge.

EASY AND SAFE TRACTION OF LOADS UP TO 3300 POUNDS
Movicart MTE motorized tugs have been especially designed for the easy and safe traction of loads up to 3300 pounds (1.5 tons).
Movicart MTE eliminates the manual handling of loads and are therefore compliant with ISO 11228 “Ergonomics Manual handling”.
Last but not least, according to the legislation that protects work and workplaces, equipment and auxiliary means must comply with ergonomic criteria aimed at protecting the well-being of workers, as well as their health and safety. To achieve this aim, Renova has equipped Movicart MTE with ergonomic handle and adjustable head control position.
They are not just safe for the operator, but for the environment too as they are equipped with a 24V high quality and eco-friendly lithium battery that guarantees the longest running time by the handling of 60-120 trolleys with just one battery charge. Besides the ON/OFF switch button allows the preservation of the battery charge. The lifespan of the battery is instead equal to about 500 recharges.
The new Renova’s battery powered tow tugs are compact but heavy-duty at the same time, thus employable in narrow spaces where other devices as forklifts or cranes cannot operate. Movicart MTE tuggers can pull carts both indoor and outdoor and on irregular floors as they are equipped with oversized tractive wheels that also allows to easily overcome small obstacles.
The pivoting rear wheels instead are crucial for the smooth loads handling across non-straight paths.
