As we noted in the iPhone XR review, the range of the original iPhone X models remain a defining aspect of the company’s iPhones. So, a follow-up device, so soon after the iPhone X, feels unusual.
As usual, Apple isn’t disclosing how many phones it will sell. But the next iPhone will undoubtedly drive continued iPhone unit sales as it remains the top selling model. And, at the same time, it’s likely that it will also move up the price chart.
The iPhone XR is Apple’s most affordable device. It sells for $750 and is priced so low, due to it not supporting 3D Touch and its LCD screen, that it’s more comparable to the iPhone 8 Plus or the iPhone 7.
