Last Sunday, after more than two years, another historic rally was on the agenda – the 1st Siegtal Historic with start and finish in Kirchen-Freusburg, almost a home game. As a brain in the passenger seat I had Jürgen Kohlmann from Nümbrecht with me.
There were 5 small light barrier tests to complete, of which I completely screened the first one. The other four exams were then okay – but two years without training are noticeable J
The orientation tasks were demanding, Jürgen had enough to do, but guided me through Westerwald and Siegerland with his usual confidence. There were nice tracks, lots of corners and sunny weather.
After a fun day with a lot of fun in the car, we ended up in 4th place. The competition was fierce and a green hamlet sign had hidden itself too well.
