They just figure it’s a given.

You always need friends, and even if you don’t feel like it, it’s not their job to be your friend.

Loneliness comes from not knowing your own needs.

You need friends to hear you when you have something to say.

You need friends to look at you when you have something important to say.

It’s healthy to get together with friends and to do things together.

Don’t Try to Do It Alone

This could mean talking to a doctor, talking to friends, or visiting a support group. There are so many wonderful things you can do to combat your blues. Find an activity, a friend, a support group, or an app to help you feel less alone.
