ISLAMABAD: Afghan Ambassador to Pakistan on Wednesday denied a TOLOnews report guaranteeing that Afghan President Ashraf Ghani allegedly declined to take a sympathy telephone approach late Tuesday night from Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi.
“Not genuine – no telephone call has occurred,” he said on smaller scale blogging website Twitter. “Following late horrendous fear based oppressors assaults in Kabul PM Abassi passed on a message to President Ghani to which it was reacted to by powerful individual designation by the President to meet the PM today.
Citing sources, TOLOnews had asserted that the head had called Afghan president “regarding the spate of late assaults in Afghanistan.”
The Afghan every day said President Ghani had sent an appointment “to handover confirm identified with late assaults in Kabul” to be imparted to Pakistan’s armed force.
